I'm sooooo tired.

My mom used to (probably still does) say, "I am sooooo tired" when she was really tired.
My sister Jamie and I have adopted that saying and the way my mom said it, into our daily conversation.
And today it couldn't be more fitting.
I really am sooooo tired.
This was my first time waking up at 6:30am in a long, long time. It was a bit difficult to get up, mostly because it was freezing, get in the shower and get dressed. But I made it.
I even dropped Baby Brandon off at work.
Baby Brandon was a name coined by my little niece Teyana and the name kind of just stuck with Brandon. Lucky him.
Well, Baby Brandon's car doesn't like the snow, so Baby Brandon insists that his lovely wife drives him to and from work.

Anyways, today was my first day at my internship! It was really interesting to say the least.
I got my own desk, own computer and everyone called me a "clinician" which made me feel so professional and important.

Of course I felt that way until I went into the emotionally disturbed high school class and when I was introduced, one girl said, "I hate clinicians."
Awesome.

The work day went by fairly quick, which was really nice. I came home and jumped into my pajamas, at 5:00pm. That's the best feeling....coming home and getting into comfy clothes. Nothing better.

And even better news....
Brandon made mission for January! Hooray!
Brandon put up two guys and the rest of his recruiting sub-station made their goal as well!
This is great news. It was really nice to pick up Brandon from work and have him not look like death. He was really happy and is hopeful for February's mission because he has a lot of kids in the works.
Let's hope January is setting the tone for the rest of the year.

  1. Congrats on your first day. High schoolers don't know diddly squat.
